Authors must provide copies of permission letters to the editorial office and ensure that appropriate credit is given in the published article.

5. Self-Archiving / Green Open Access

JORMAR follows a green open-access policy:

  • Pre-print (before peer review): Authors may deposit pre-submission versions in any preprint server at any time.
  • Accepted manuscript (post-review, pre-typeset): May be deposited in any repository immediately upon acceptance.
  • Version of Record (final published PDF): May be deposited immediately upon publication with no embargo period.

All self-archived versions must acknowledge the original publication in JORMAR and include the article DOI.

6. Institutional Repository Deposit

JORMAR actively encourages authors to deposit published articles in their institutional repositories. Institutional repository managers may contact [email protected] to request the final published PDF for deposit on behalf of authors.
